    Returned Peace Corps volunteers from central Ohio joined OSU’s campus Peace Corps recruiter on a beautiful October day to participate in the OSU Homecoming Parade

    Curious about the Peace CorpsEnvironment Volunteers lead grassroots efforts to protect the environment and strengthen understanding of environmental issues. They teach environmental awareness in schools and to local organizations, empowering communities to make their own decisions about how to conserve the local environment, through such programs as agroforestry, soil and water conservation, sustainable agriculture, recycling, alternative energy, and other programs.

  3. The Ohio State University Among Peace Corps’ 2017 Top Volunteer-Producing Colleges & Universities

    Today, the Peace Corps announced that The Ohio State University ranked No. 9 among large schools on the agency’s 2017 Top Volunteer-Producing Colleges and Universities list. There are 49 Buckeyes currently volunteering worldwide.

    This is the third year that The Ohio State University has ranked among the top ten large schools. In 2016, Ohio State ranked No. 10.
